Ground Control Point Over Jacksonville, FL
An array of 117 surveyed ground control points (GCPs) over Jacksonville, FL were acquired and are available for use. Points were surveyed using a Trimble R2 receiver that has 1 cm horizontal accuracy (RMSE).
GCP data were taken as follows:

This data set was generated in support of the IARPA-funded SMART Project where I2R was a subcontractor to Accenture Federal Services (AFS).
